Grant County, Wisconsin Warrant Search
The Wisconsin Public Records Law (Wis. Stat. §§ 19.31-19.39) requires that warrants filed in Grant County be made public. This statute allows public access to government records; however, there are some restrictions. To protect the integrity of an investigation, search warrants might be sealed before it is carried out by police. Active arrest and bench warrants are normally available for anybody to view. The sole exception is if revealing the information could jeopardize someone's safety or interfere with an ongoing investigation.
